What Is A Facebook Pixel?

It works by targeting the right audience that you want, reaching more people that are more likely to take any action on your products and measuring the overall effectiveness of the advertisement.
Now, in order to install a Facebook pixel then you need a few things.
What You Need Before Installing
Installing a Facebook Pixel is easy, but you will need the following to get the process started.
Business Page on Facebook.
A website domain on WordPress, Squarespace, etc.
Download the Facebook Pixel plugin for WordPress, Squarespace, etc.
Step-By-Step Installation
Now that you have a website domain through WordPress you need to log in to your Facebook business page and follow these steps to install a Facebook Pixel on your website.
Step One
Log in to your Facebook business page.
Once logged in click the Facebook logo to take to you to the dashboard.
Then, click on Business Tools and click on Business Settings.
Step Two
Once in Business Settings go to Accounts then click ‘Pages’.
Then, click on the ‘Add’ pages and add your business page.
Step Four
Click on Data Sources.
Then, click on Pixels.
Once on the Pixels dashboard name the campaign and add your website URL.
Once done with this click on Continue.
After that click on create pixel now.
Step Five
Go to your WordPress website and sign in.
Once signed in go to the Plugins tab.
Once within the page upload the plugin you downloaded earlier.
After you uploaded the plugin click on ‘Activate Plugin’.
After the plugin is activated go to the Facebook tab within the user admin.
Step Six
Once within the plugin click on Get Started.
Sign in again with your Facebook Business page.
Click on continue.
Then, double-check that the right Business Manager, Ad Account, and Facebook Pixel are correct within the Business Facebook page.
Lastly, click on continue.
The last step after you’ve double-checked your work is to click confirm on ‘Connect your business to Facebook’.
Step Seven
After you’ve done all those steps within your website then go back to Facebook.
Then click on continue until you go to Verify Connection.
Enter your website URL again and click Send test traffic.
Lastly, check if the pixel is active, and then go to the confirmation page and click close.
After following these steps you’ll be finished installing your Facebook Pixel to your website! Setting up a Facebook Pixel will help you with the digital presence to expand your business.
